As Regional Vice President of Operations for the West Coast, you will lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within your region. You will set and enforce standards, drive process excellence, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and regional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hire, lead, manage, and hold accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers; ensure leadership continuity through succession planning and talent development
- Ensure core processes are followed and implement standardized improvements across the region
- Manage clinical and non-clinical staffing levels to meet business and patient needs
- Address escalated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback
- Develop high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and key partners to support regional growth
- Drive profitability improvements through de novo site identification, M&A integration, and strategic projects
- Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture across the region
Key accountabilities include regional intake efficiency, regional NPS, facility and process optimization, and regional profit.
The role is based in California with regular travel to infusion centers required.
