ArmorCode is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead go-to-market efforts in the NYC territory. The company provides an Agentic AI Platform for enterprise security risk and governance, processing over 300 billion findings annually across hundreds of native integrations. The platform unifies Application Security Posture Management, Vulnerability Management, Software Supply Chain Security, and AI Exposure Management.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building relationships with C-level security executives and security practitioners, and expanding the customer base across multiple vertical markets (application, cloud, infrastructure security). You will identify and pursue new business opportunities including enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships, while collaborating with sales leadership, partnerships, marketing, product management, and customer success teams. You will utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track progress, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity. You will also stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise security sales with deal sizes of $500K–$1M+ into Fortune 500 accounts, ideally in application, cloud, and/or infrastructure security. You should demonstrate the ability to generate your own pipeline and break into new accounts, navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales involving CISOs and procurement, and have successfully sold new or disruptive platforms where category education was part of the sale. Strong references from former managers, peers, SEs, and customers are essential. You should be high-velocity, competitive, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a startup, fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active, referenceable relationships with top channel partners (e.g., GuidePoint, WWT, Gotham, Consortium, Optiv) with history of joint deal execution and verified win references
- Proven enterprise security sales experience with $500K–$1M+ deals into Fortune 500 accounts, ideally in application, cloud, and/or infrastructure security
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement (ideally multiple years at 100%+ with evidence of top performer status)
- Demonstrated ability to generate own pipeline and break into new accounts with clear plan to attack wide territory
- Experience navigating complex sales involving CISOs, security leadership, procurement, partners, and multiple stakeholders
- Successfully sold a new or disruptive platform where category education was part of the sale
- Demonstrated success with largest accounts in NYC territory
- Strong references from former managers, peers, SEs, and ideally customers
- High velocity, competitive, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating without extensive infrastructure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to efficiently follow up and qualify leads from many sources
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
STRONG PREFERENCES:
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience
- Track record at successful, high-growth security companies (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Zscaler, Wiz, or similar)
- Existing CISO relationships within the territory
- Experience selling vulnerability management, exposure management, AppSec, cloud security, or adjacent platforms
- Experience taking a company from this stage through significant scale
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
