As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across your region with a focus on enterprise accounts and the Japanese market. Your responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing key accounts, developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams. You will conduct comprehensive market analysis including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend identification to uncover new business opportunities. Your approach will be solution-oriented, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with customer goals. You will leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, measure sales strategy success, and optimize resource allocation. Key responsibilities include proactive sales leadership—identifying opportunities and risks, driving sales initiatives, motivating your team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. You will demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating value propositions, negotiating and closing deals, and influencing key decision-makers. Leadership and team collaboration are essential, as you align teams toward common goals and drive results through effective teamwork. Required qualifications: 8–12 years of solution selling experience in enterprise accounts; mandatory Japanese language expertise; minimum 5+ years of experience in the Japan market; end-to-end SaaS sales experience; experience selling to and/or managing hotel accounts at the corporate level; familiarity with high-volume outbound call environments; strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency; ability to integrate knowledge across prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and operations; demonstrated initiative and personal leadership.
