The NodeZero platform delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and security assessments that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments, serving organizations from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises.
As Regional Sales Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will drive sales growth and expand the customer base in the cybersecurity technology sector. Your primary responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and establishing and nurturing channel partner relationships with key resellers in the region.
You will manage the full sales cycle—qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure—while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. You'll present and demonstrate Horizon3 solutions in both virtual and in-person settings, work independently and collaboratively with distributed sales, support, and success teams, and drive post-proof-of-value ROI processes.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity technology with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently. You must have at least 3 years in the INFOSEC or SaaS space, demonstrated success introducing disruptive cyber software solutions, and strong experience establishing and monetizing channel partner relationships with existing connections in the DACH region being essential. Proficiency with Challenger Question-Based Selling and MEDDPICC methodologies, plus familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack is required.
Native-level German fluency with excellent English communication skills is mandatory. A college degree or equivalent work experience is required. The role is fully remote but may require up to 60% travel within Southern Germany and some international travel to Amsterdam, with job-related travel expenses reviewed and approved by your manager.
