Jukebox Health is a venture-backed healthcare services company (backed by Valtruis and The Home Depot) that empowers older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. The company combines technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide. As Regional Project Manager, you will be the first PM in the Iowa market, reporting to the Director of Project Management. You'll oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations—coordinating between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards. Key responsibilities include: managing the full lifecycle of home modification projects (bathrooms, ramps, accessibility features); recruiting, onboarding, and developing a network of qualified service providers throughout Iowa; establishing and enforcing quality standards across all contractors; conducting on-site quality inspections and assessments; implementing corrective actions when installations fall short; and serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues. You'll directly improve quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to remain safely and independently in their homes. Every project has the potential to prevent falls, reduce hospitalizations, and preserve dignity and autonomy. Required: 3+ years construction field work (residential preferred), 5+ years residential management experience, and expertise in accessible design. Home modification experience (bathrooms, ramps, etc.) is a plus. Must reside in Iowa with ability to travel 50% of the time within the state and work from home the remainder. Compensation: $80,000–$90,000/year plus company equity. Benefits include generous health/vision/dental, HSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) immediately upon hire, unlimited PTO + 10 paid holidays, $1,000 WFH stipend, and frequent team off-sites.
