Jukebox Health is a venture-backed healthcare services company on a mission to empower older adults and high-needs populations to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. The company partners with health plans to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide, combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers.
As Regional Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations across your region, reporting to the Director of Project Management. This hybrid role blends construction project management with network development and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Management**: Manage residential home modification projects from start to finish, coordinating between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet exacting quality standards.
**Network Development & Management**: Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of qualified service providers throughout your region. Establish quality standards, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent service delivery.
**Quality Assurance & Client Experience**: Conduct on-site quality inspections and assessments, implement corrective actions when installations fall short, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues.
You'll directly improve quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to remain safely and independently in their homes. Every project has the potential to prevent falls, reduce hospitalizations, and preserve dignity and autonomy.
Required qualifications: 3+ years construction field work (residential preferred), 5+ years residential management experience, and familiarity with home modifications (bathrooms, ramps, etc.). Must reside in Delaware with ability to travel 50% of the time and work from home the remainder of the week.
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually plus company equity. Benefits include comprehensive health/vision/dental coverage, HSA, disability insurance, 401(k) immediately upon hire, unlimited PTO plus 10 paid holidays, $1,000 work-from-home stipend, and frequent team off-sites.
