FlixBus is seeking a Regional People Partner to provide strategic HR support across the Europe East business region, based in Warsaw on a hybrid model.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and managers, guiding them through all key people processes. Your responsibilities include:
• Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development
• Execute and oversee core HR processes including onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles
• Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and culture strengthening
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies; stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk
• Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
• Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday and automation
• Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle, with ability to influence leaders at various levels
• Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); able to analyze metrics and turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with structured thinking to tackle complex challenges
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
• Fluent in Polish & English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
