Salary: USD 171,600 - 190,800 / annual
Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining Wiz's technology with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations capabilities.
This Regional Partner Manager role reports to the Director of Channel Sales and focuses on driving revenue and strategic partnerships within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) ecosystem across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and accelerate ARR and pipeline targets across designated MSP and MSSP accounts
- Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle activities including joint go-to-market motions, co-selling, and strategic alignment with partner executives
- Collaborate with MSPs to integrate Wiz into their managed detection, compliance, and cloud governance service catalogs
- Partner with Wiz Account Executives and the extended channel team to drive co-sell opportunities where service providers deliver services on top of Wiz technology
- Work with partner operations and product teams to refine MSP-specific multi-tenant capabilities, consumption-based billing models, and partner program incentives
- Provide strategic enablement, educating and certifying partner resources on Wiz's value proposition, competitive advantages, and cloud security architecture
- Build bi-directional business plans, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and manage executive briefings with key partner leadership
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of direct experience in partner sales, channel development, or strategic alliances, with proven focus on MSPs, MSSPs, or Global System Integrators (GSIs)
- Solid foundation in cloud and security domains
- Demonstrated success helping partners package, price, and bring managed cloud security services to market
- Consistent history of quota overachievement and predictable pipeline generation in hyper-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills to engage C-level executives (CISO/CTO/CEO) and hands-on cloud practitioners
- Fast-moving, proactive problem solver who thrives amid ambiguity and leads with authentic integrity
- Up to 40–50% travel within North America as needed
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred: Physically located in the Central or East Region.
