Neko Health is redefining preventative care through data-driven, non-invasive health assessments delivered in under an hour. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to provide personalized, actionable health insights before symptoms appear.
As Regional Operator Education Specialist, you will lead the quality and delivery of clinical operator onboarding across your region, ensuring training maintains consistently high standards aligned with global safety requirements. You will manage the full onboarding cycle—confirming incoming starters, allocating trainers, monitoring trainee progress, and making pass/extend/offboard decisions alongside the Lead Operator team. You act as the regional escalation point for clinical training quality and safety matters, triaging cases to distinguish genuine safety risks from performance gaps and driving them to closure with structured improvement plans.
You will provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to Clinic Trainers on methodology, delivery, and assessment, holding them to one national standard while meeting operational needs. You'll support trainers in completing Impact Reviews for existing clinical staff and maintain training programs and materials (including Sana content), adapting them to local market needs while staying aligned with global standards.
You will monitor training quality by observing delivery, providing structured feedback, running regional audits against national benchmarks, and identifying improvement gaps. You oversee trainers' competency sign-off records to ensure no operator works unsupervised on new devices without confirmation. You'll feed hiring and training trends back to Recruitment to improve screening.
You will partner across the business—working closely with clinic leadership, Clinical Development, Recruitment, and cluster management. You'll participate in product launch handovers, act as the educational link for your region, develop training materials for new devices and SOPs, and support rollout to trainers and operators.
This role carries protected training capacity on a fixed weekly structure with a minimum of one scanning day to keep you clinically current and credible. A trial/shadow period applies before full sign-off authority is confirmed due to clinical safety responsibilities. Regular travel across your clinic cluster is expected.
