Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states. The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, offering programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. As Regional Growth Director, you will lead growth initiatives across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This is a leadership role managing community liaison teams, building strategic healthcare relationships, and driving data-informed growth performance. Key responsibilities include: **Growth Team Management:** Recruit, hire, and onboard community liaisons; develop comprehensive training programs on services and growth methodologies; implement performance management systems with goal-setting and coaching; establish territory assignments to optimize market coverage. **Regional & Enterprise Relationship Development:** Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional health systems, medical groups, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, and commercial insurers. Cultivate partnerships with senior living communities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, physician practices, specialty clinics, and hospital discharge planning teams. Represent Ennoble Care at regional healthcare conferences and industry events. **Growth Analytics & Performance Reporting:** Oversee growth reporting and analytics with data team support. Utilize KPIs and dashboards to track team performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates. Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive intelligence. Create regular reporting cadences for executive leadership on growth performance and market opportunities. Implement CRM systems and growth tracking tools. **Revenue Growth & Performance Management:** Drive achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets. Recommend pricing strategies and contract structures ensuring profitability. Monitor market trends and customer feedback. Collaborate with clinical leadership to align service delivery capabilities with growth commitments. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Clinical Operations, Marketing, Finance, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery, develop lead-generation campaigns, coordinate contract terms and pricing models, and maintain regulatory adherence. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, house calls, home health, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities - Home-based medical services or hospice experience strongly preferred - Proven track record recruiting, training, and managing growth teams - Experience in performance management, coaching, and professional development - Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and facility administrators - Background in post-acute care settings and understanding of referral-based business models - Deep knowledge of house calls or hospice service delivery models and market dynamics (ideal) - Understanding of hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care growth processes and referral patterns - Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement for home-based services - Knowledge of healthcare regulations affecting hospice or home-based medical practices - Experience with senior living communities, continuing care retirement communities, and post-acute care facilities - Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
