This is a critical people leadership role that acts as the EMEA "Pod Leader," partnering closely with the SVP of EMEA, Senior Director of Sales Ops, and regional senior Sales Leaders to improve sales productivity, capability, and performance.
As Pod Leader, you will serve as the linchpin between global mandates and regional necessities. You will lead a dedicated regional enablement team and orchestrate a wider cross-functional network to ensure that both global CRO priorities and regional SVP strategies are harmonized into one cohesive, high-impact enablement plan. You will also act as an Enablement Business Partner within the region, bridging global enablement strategies with field execution and serving as a trusted advisor to sales leaders.
Core responsibilities include:

- Directing and mentoring the EMEA Enablement Pod, fostering a culture of "enablement generalists" who can flex across different projects as business needs dictate
- Managing team capacity to ensure execution on CRO's global priorities while building regionally focused programs supporting the SVP's strategy
- Orchestrating resources across Presales, Partners, Customer First, People/Talent, and Marketing to create comprehensive regional enablement plans
- Representing the EMEA field's perspective by gathering insights from all levels of sales leadership and channeling feedback to the Global Enablement Team
- Building trust-based relationships with sales leaders and acting as a strategic advisor who diagnoses business challenges and recommends enablement solutions
- Launching and maintaining accountability for global and local enablement initiatives within EMEA
- Maintaining deep knowledge of products, use cases, deal progression, and Customer Engagement Models
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related field, ideally within tech or SaaS industry, with proven track record of developing and delivering tailored enablement programs
- Experience leading, managing, and developing a team of enablement professionals
- Proven ability to synthesize global directives with hyper-local regional requirements into a single actionable strategy
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven ability to orchestrate, influence, and align cross-functional leaders over whom you do not have direct authority
- Proven ability to act as strategic partner to senior sales leaders (SVP/VP level), analyzing data and business challenges to propose targeted enablement solutions
- Deep understanding of sales execution, including onboarding, sales processes, XDR motions, buyer personas, and challenges; familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies highly preferred
- Experience designing enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance improvements
- Competence in leveraging sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and ability to assess program effectiveness through data, focusing on ROI
- Excellent facilitation, executive communication, and storytelling abilities to connect with remote, geographically dispersed teams at all seniority levels
