Instructure is seeking an experienced Regional Director based in Dubai to lead higher education sales expansion across the GCC region. You will drive new business growth by selling the Instructure Learning Platform to universities, building and executing targeted sales strategies, and developing a strong client pipeline. Your responsibilities include sharing insights with prospective customers, preparing tailored messaging and proposals, guiding prospects through complex purchasing cycles, and securing profitable pricing and terms. You will forecast sales performance, maintain pipeline hygiene, build relationships with key institutional and government stakeholders, partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Experience) to share market feedback, attend industry events, and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas. The role requires regular travel across the GCC region (up to 30%) for onsite meetings and events.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of sales experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Ideally SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech background
- Proven success selling complex solutions at all levels, including C-suite
- Strategic, consultative sales acumen with Challenger mindset
- Expertise in needs analysis, proposal development, and tender completion
- Familiarity with VLE/LMS and educational pedagogy (Higher Ed sales experience a plus)
- Experience or strong understanding of the GCC market and regional higher education landscape
- Fluent English with excellent written skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
