Shield AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across India's defense, aerospace, and government sectors. You will execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting India's Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, DRDO, and strategic aerospace accounts, working closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align programs with regional Go-to-Market priorities and pipeline targets.
Key responsibilities include developing deep expertise in India's defense procurement environment and acquisition cycles, then leveraging that knowledge to design and execute targeted marketing programs. You'll manage high-value customer events, private briefings, executive roundtables, and owned engagements that prioritize account penetration and opportunity progression over brand presence alone. You'll own Salesforce campaign execution—creating Campaign IDs, managing member status, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining accurate opportunity association and contact mapping to support reliable pipeline reporting and attribution.
You'll also build and execute marketing automation campaigns in Marketo, including audience segmentation, nurture flows, and performance reporting. Your role requires strong project management to coordinate event logistics, external agencies, and vendors while tracking field marketing KPIs such as account engagement, stakeholder reach, campaign participation, opportunity influence, and deal acceleration.
This is a fast-paced role in a high-growth international aerospace and defense organization. You'll need to engage professionally with senior military leaders, government stakeholders, and defense industry executives while maintaining operational rigor and accountability across multiple concurrent programs.
