Hive Health is a Harvard and Stanford-founded healthtech startup backed by Y Combinator, on a mission to make healthcare radically more accessible for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) in the Philippines. The company provides comprehensive, hassle-free digital health insurance plans through an all-in-one platform.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will own the full end-to-end hiring process across all company roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, the management team, and external recruitment agencies to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions. This is a hybrid role based in the Ortigas office with onsite work required once per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete recruitment cycle across all open positions
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screening applications and conducting structured interviews
- Administering assessments and conducting reference checks
- Extending offers and leading compensation discussions and negotiations
- Maintaining and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and hiring performance
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- End-to-end recruitment experience (strong advantage)
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with different interview formats, assessments, and reference check processes
- Experience using ATS and building recruitment trackers or databases
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Startup experience highly preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas at least once per week
