Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 / annual

As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the first impression candidates have of Zip and own both the interviewer and candidate experience end-to-end. This is positioned as a career-building role, not a support function. You will report to the Head of Recruiting Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate high-volume interviews and maintain recruiting calendars with precision
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design memorable candidate experiences
- Guide candidates and internal stakeholders through the interview process with clear, timely communication
- Maintain and optimize internal recruiting systems and tools (Ashby)
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, then build longer-term fixes
- Contribute to projects including candidate sourcing, reporting, referral programs, and candidate surveys
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you're expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized under pressure, and continuously improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to build a career in recruiting or HR
- Strong sense of ownership
- Organized, reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to stay calm and execute in a fast-moving environment
- Customer-oriented and positive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Process-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement
Nice to haves: startup environment experience, Ashby optimization experience, comfort with AI tools.
