Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for the Technical Solutions function. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. This role offers the opportunity to shape candidate experience and directly impact Datadog's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with open roles
- Collaborate with leadership to design and streamline interview processes
- Manage candidate follow-up and closure throughout the hiring funnel
- Negotiate compensation packages with qualified candidates
- Train and enhance interview teams to improve recruitment quality
- Maintain clean, organized candidate data in Greenhouse ATS
- Ensure all candidates receive an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or at a staffing agency
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise and ability to identify top talent
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Passion for technology and continuous skill development (not all qualifications required on day one)
