Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous surface vessels for maritime defense, is seeking a skilled Recruiter to build and scale the talent acquisition function. You will partner strategically with hiring managers across the organization to identify, attract, and assess top talent for technical and manufacturing roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborating on job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and candidate closing
- Working with internal clients to ensure the selection process yields quality hires
- Creating and maintaining a high volume of active and in-process candidates through creative talent attraction strategies
- Ensuring candidates have a positive interview experience from screening through offer negotiation
- Actively assessing and streamlining the interview process for efficiency
You will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you thrive on high-volume recruiting and can adapt quickly to evolving business needs. This role requires someone who can balance strategic partnership with operational execution, managing multiple candidate pipelines while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to manage high-volume recruiting workflows
