Dirac is building BuildOS, a creative suite for manufacturing engineering that consolidates fragmented tooling (process plans, MBOMs, routings, work instructions, spreadsheets, PLM, ERP) into a single environment. The company works with ambitious advanced manufacturers and is scaling rapidly.
As a Recruiter, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple functions. You'll source and screen candidates for Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and GTM roles; partner with hiring managers to define talent bars and develop sourcing strategies; coordinate interviews and candidate logistics; maintain accurate ATS records; support offer closing and pre-onboarding; build university relationships and attend recruiting events; and improve recruiting processes and systems as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include proactive outbound sourcing through campaigns, communities, and events; inbound candidate management; candidate screening and assessment; interview coordination and scheduling; ATS maintenance and reporting; reference and offer support; and process optimization.
You will have meaningful ownership over who joins the company and work directly with leaders across the organization. This is a full-stack recruiting role with significant responsibility, autonomy, and trust.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience sourcing and placing exceptional talent into high-growth technology startups
- Demonstrated ability to identify AAA-caliber candidates, not simply generate pipeline volume
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound sourcing tools
- Hands-on experience operating an ATS and maintaining disciplined recruiting data (must-have)
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and track record of using them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
- Experience proactively sourcing talent rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants
- Ability to recruit across technical and non-technical functions (Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, GTM)
- Strong judgment and ability to quickly distinguish exceptional candidates from average ones
- High agency and autonomy; comfortable operating independently
- Ability to take ambiguous hiring problems, build plans, and execute independently
- Excitement about joining an early team and scaling the recruiting function
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for startups
- Experience with campus and university recruiting
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry
