Cyberhaven is hiring a Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization—GTM, Operations, G&A, Engineering, Product, and beyond. You'll join a lean global talent team and work across functions and geographies to drive recruiting from intake through close.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end searches, partnering with hiring managers to define success criteria, calibrate expectations on timing and compensation, and run thoughtful screens that assess experience, skills, and motivation. You'll manage interview loops, keep feedback timely, and guide offer and closing conversations. You'll build targeted outbound pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, research, and your network, writing personalized outreach and maintaining relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, learning how each team operates and turning market research and candidate conversations into actionable advice. You'll speak up when scope, level, compensation, or interview process is getting in the way of success and recommend solutions.
A key part of this role is building smarter with AI. You'll own your recruiting process end to end, including pipeline data and reporting. You'll use Claude and other AI tools daily to research, source, screen, schedule, and improve recruiting workflows. You'll build agents, prompts, and automations that remove manual work and share learnings with the team. You'll use pipeline data to spot bottlenecks, adjust your approach, and lead projects across referrals, employer branding, tooling, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
Cyberhaven is building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise, tracing the full lifecycle of data and adapting protection to changing context. Backed by $250M from investors like Khosla and Redpoint, the team includes leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google.
