Salary: EUR 1,917 - 2,592 / monthly

Founded in 2008 in Lithuania and now a unicorn with 2,000+ employees across European offices, Vinted is hiring Quality Specialists within Trust & Safety Operations to support moderation quality across counterfeit detection, obvious counterfeit identification, and catalog/commerce areas.
In this role, you will be the quality measurement owner for a dedicated moderation specialization. Your core responsibilities include performing quality checks and audits on moderator decisions, analyzing results, and escalating issues to relevant teams. You'll monitor decision quality data from multiple sources, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable improvement plans. You'll co-create cross-functional quality processes with internal and external partners, prepare detailed reports on findings, and serve as the subject matter expert for your moderation area.
Key responsibilities: conduct regular quality audits; perform data monitoring and analysis to ensure accuracy and identify improvement areas; develop and optimize quality-related processes; maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments and corrective actions; collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives; participate in quality standard development; communicate quality insights to stakeholders.
You bring strong analytical and data-driven capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action. You're detail-oriented, process-focused, and hands-on, with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken, including presentations) are essential. Fluent English (B2-C1 level) required. Project management experience and Looker/SQL knowledge are advantageous.
