Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Quality Analytics Site Lead for Arsenal-1, its hyperscale autonomous systems manufacturing facility near Columbus, Ohio. This role sits at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and data analytics, leading quality intelligence operations at the site.
You will be the resident analytics engineer and accountable leader for Quality Intelligence deployments at Arsenal-1. The role combines hands-on technical work with program leadership: designing and building production dashboards, data pipelines, and quality metrics using Palantir Foundry and Databricks; pulling from production systems (ERP, MES, QMS, inventory); and partnering with manufacturing engineers, ML practitioners, and program quality leads.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and operate analytics products that operators depend on daily, setting patterns for future manufacturing sites
- Run intake and prioritization for the site: gather requirements from the factory floor, build a visible backlog, and communicate evidence-backed asks to HQ
- Investigate data quality issues end-to-end using SQL and Python; trace problems through the stack and fix at source
- Implement robust data-quality checks, validation rules, and automated monitoring in pipelines
- Build AI-assisted analytics tools and small apps that reduce repetitive work by 10x
- Lead data projects cross-functionally from requirements through deployment
- Spend time on the shop floor analyzing quality workflows and implementing actionable dashboards
Arsenal-1 is a greenfield, high-volume manufacturing site and a lighthouse for Anduril's factory network. The patterns and decisions you establish here become the template for future sites. You will collaborate closely with HQ to port proven analytics work while localizing for site-specific needs.
This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (ITAR-controlled).
