Cyera is building a security operating model for the AI era, providing a unified control plane for securing data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. The company is backed by leading investors and works with Fortune 1000 clients.
You will be the first QA engineer on the Agent DLP team, taking full ownership of testing and quality for the endpoint data loss prevention product. This is a rare opportunity to shape quality processes from the ground up in a fast-moving team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end testing for the Agent DLP product, including Windows agent validation
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering new features, regressions, and system-level scenarios
- Develop automated tests to increase coverage and efficiency as the product matures
- Work with low-level system components and drivers, validating stability, performance, and Windows integration
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure testability and quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Reproduce, document, and analyze defects to identify root causes and prevent recurrences
- Track and report quality metrics and KPIs to measure product health
- Establish quality culture and best practices within the engineering team
- Gradually introduce automation tools and practices as the product evolves
The role combines hands-on manual testing with progressive automation, with initial focus on functional and regression testing to ensure stable, reliable releases. You'll directly influence the reliability and stability of one of Cyera's most critical product components.
