Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, the company has completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026, Nourish raised a $100M Series C (total funding $215M) led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners. As Provider Partnerships Regional Manager, you will lead business development efforts to expand Nourish's network of healthcare providers and institutional partnerships across your assigned region (Michigan focus). This is a people-management role responsible for building and scaling provider relationships, identifying partnership opportunities with health systems, physician networks, and complementary healthcare organizations, and driving adoption of Nourish's platform among providers. You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and negotiation through implementation and ongoing relationship management. You'll work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful integrations and provider satisfaction. The role requires strong business acumen, healthcare industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare stakeholder dynamics. Nourish's mission is to improve people's health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle, addressing the broken American healthcare system through better outcomes, lower costs, and superior patient experience. The company culture emphasizes talent density, candid feedback, relentless resilience, and tackling hard, ambiguous problems without ego.
