Talkiatry is seeking a field-based Provider Partnerships Manager to build relationships with medical practices and health systems, driving referral growth and adoption of Talkiatry's psychiatry platform. This is a quota-carrying role with approximately 75% territory travel, blending new business prospecting with account management and field engagement.
You will prospect and convert new medical practices into referral partners, manage and grow existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction, and execute strategic territory plans to hit referral growth and retention targets. Key responsibilities include building relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders; leading in-office visits, practice presentations, and lunch-and-learns; establishing workflows and troubleshooting referral barriers; maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot; and representing Talkiatry at industry events and community partnerships.

You are organized, resourceful, and accountable to performance metrics, with a passion for improving access to mental health care.
Required qualifications: 3–6 years in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent field sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development. Proven ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets. Experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders strongly preferred. Comfort working in a fast-growth environment with autonomy and responsibility. CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field. Ability to travel within assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
