Nourish is a venture-backed digital health platform and the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. The company operates an AI-native system connecting patients with 10,000+ registered dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, Nourish has completed millions of appointments, achieved 3x year-over-year growth, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In May 2026, the company raised a $100M Series C (total funding $215M) led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners. As a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales), you will drive growth in provider partnerships, a core pillar of Nourish's expansion strategy. This role sits at the intersection of business development and sales, focusing on building and scaling relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and physician networks. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective providers, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals that expand Nourish's network of participating providers. Key responsibilities include: prospecting and qualifying new provider partners; conducting discovery calls and presentations to understand provider needs and pain points; managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation; collaborating with internal teams (clinical, operations, legal) to structure mutually beneficial partnerships; tracking pipeline metrics and reporting on progress; and contributing to the development of partnership playbooks and sales processes. The ideal candidate is energized by direct sales, comfortable with rejection and iteration, and motivated by the mission of improving healthcare outcomes. You should have strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Territory-based structure means you'll own a geographic region and build deep relationships within that market. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to contribute to scaling a transformative healthcare company.
