Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners. As a Provider Partnerships Associate (Territory Sales), you will help grow Nourish's network of healthcare providers and partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of business development and sales, focusing on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding healthcare providers (physicians, dietitians, and other practitioners) into the Nourish platform. You will manage a territory or segment of providers, build relationships with key stakeholders in health systems and provider networks, and drive expansion of Nourish's provider ecosystem. Key responsibilities include: prospecting and outreach to potential provider partners; conducting discovery calls and needs assessments; negotiating partnership terms and integration agreements; managing the onboarding process for new providers; tracking pipeline and conversion metrics; collaborating with clinical, operations, and product teams to ensure successful provider integration; and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned territories or segments. The ideal candidate is energized by relationship-building, comfortable with ambiguity and rejection, and driven by the mission to improve healthcare outcomes. You should have strong communication skills, basic sales acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing healthtech company solving one of the hardest problems in healthcare.
