Legion Health is an AI-native healthcare delivery platform building autonomous psychiatric care. The company has received regulatory authorization to let AI prescribe psychiatric medications and has delivered tens of thousands of patient visits in just two years while maintaining flat operational costs and industry-leading patient NPS and retention. You will join as a Provider Partnership Manager, one of Legion's first dedicated field sales hires on a brand-new team. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role focused on building referral relationships that connect primary care physicians and practices to Legion's psychiatric care platform. Your territory is San Antonio, Texas, and you'll own it like a business. You'll spend the majority of your week in the field meeting with physicians, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators to unlock new practice relationships and grow referral volume. Responsibilities include prospecting and self-sourcing new partnerships, building the case with practice decision-makers, closing deals, maintaining clean CRM records, mapping decision-making units within practices, and building multi-threaded relationships that move partnerships from first meeting to live referrals. You'll represent Legion credibly to clinical and administrative customers, translating AI-enabled psychiatric care into a compelling referral case. You'll also feed field learnings back into messaging, targeting, and the sales playbook as you help build this function from the ground up, and collaborate with peers across territories to share best practices and troubleshoot objections. Success requires being driven by quota attainment, comfort writing playbooks rather than inheriting them, ability to earn trust with physicians quickly, adaptability to change, alignment with the mission of accessible psychiatric care, and openness to coaching and feedback. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years carrying and hitting quota in a field-based or B2B2C role; healthcare, medical device, or pharma referral sales strongly preferred - Comfort and skill in front of clinical and administrative buyers; ability to build physician rapport and move conversations toward partnership - Strength selling in person with judgment to know what a given relationship needs - Highly organized and analytical, comfortable owning a number and reasoning from pipeline data - Strong written and verbal communication with polish to represent Legion externally - Familiarity with CRM and sales tooling - Existing relationships with provider referral networks are a plus but not required
