Salary: USD 60,000 - 115,000 / annual
Devoted Health seeks a Provider Network Performance Manager to drive provider performance across the New Jersey market (note: posting indicates GA location requirement but NJ market focus). This role combines provider performance management, data analysis, relationship management, and contracting strategy.
Key responsibilities include: owning performance management for assigned providers across cost, quality, access, and network metrics; identifying performance gaps and developing targeted improvement plans; leading provider partnerships and regular performance reviews; analyzing financial, operational, and quality data to identify trends; translating complex data into actionable strategies; and supporting contract negotiations aligned with performance goals.
You will serve as a primary performance partner for physicians, medical groups, and health systems, building strong relationships while maintaining clear accountability. The role requires independent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work with both fee-for-service and value-based arrangements.
Travel of 30-40% within the assigned market is expected to support provider meetings and relationship building.
Required: 5+ years in managed care, health plans, or similar healthcare environments; 5+ years direct provider-facing experience; demonstrated success improving provider performance on cost and/or quality metrics; strong analytical skills; excellent provider relationship management and communication abilities.
Desired: experience negotiating provider contracts with physician groups or health systems; familiarity with value-based or risk-based payment models; background in provider performance, network optimization, or healthcare analytics.
