Big Health is a digital therapeutics company on a mission to help millions achieve good mental health through FDA-cleared, non-drug treatment options. The company offers SleepioRx for insomnia and DaylightRx for anxiety—evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapy programs delivered digitally. Big Health partners with leading healthcare organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and Scotland's NHS, to scale access to these treatments. As Provider Growth Manager, you will own growth with smaller medical practices and those coming through referral channels. Your primary responsibility is to move practices from initial conversation to first order, then build them into steady, repeat customers. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with Sales, Provider Experience, Clinical Transformation, Key Accounts, and Market Access teams. Key responsibilities include: **Inbound and Conversion:** Respond quickly to inbound interest from smaller practices and referral sources. Qualify fit and book next steps. Run discovery calls and product demos explaining how SleepioRx and DaylightRx work, the ordering process, and billing mechanics. Maintain consistent pipeline follow-up to prevent stalls between initial contact and first order. Route larger health system opportunities to the Sales Director and Territory Manager based on agreed criteria. **Onboarding and Activation:** Guide new practices through onboarding using established playbooks covering account setup, ordering workflows, patient communication, and activation. Train providers, medical assistants, and staff on ordering and patient enablement. Help practices navigate billing questions with their teams, including digital mental health treatment codes (G-codes) and payer coverage, escalating complex issues to Market Access. Drive every new practice to a first order and repeat orders from multiple providers. **Account Management and Growth:** Manage a portfolio of smaller and referral-partner practices post-launch using scaled touchpoints: check-ins, office hours, webinars, and targeted outreach. Monitor ordering and activation data to identify at-risk practices and intervene early. Grow ordering within each practice by adding prescribers and expanding to new patient populations. Identify workflow embedding opportunities. Serve as first point of contact for practice questions and route technical, billing, or contract issues appropriately. **Outbound (Selective):** Run targeted outreach to priority accounts and practice segments supporting the Sales Director and Territory Manager. Activate referral partner networks to generate new practice opportunities. Support conferences and events including pre-event outreach, booth coverage, and post-event follow-up. **Learning and Process Building:** Document what works and what doesn't. Bring patterns back to improve sales materials, onboarding, training, and care pathway templates. Maintain accurate Salesforce records including activity, stage, pipeline, and next steps. Help test new approaches to reach, convert, and support practices as the referral model scales. This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll be one of the early people defining how digital therapeutics scale across medical practices nationwide. The role offers direct visibility to company leadership and real impact on growth metrics. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience selling to medical practices or provider groups (medical devices, diagnostics, labs, sleep testing, DME, pharma, or practice software) - Proven track record of hitting or beating sales numbers (new accounts, orders, or revenue) - Full-cycle sales comfort: prospecting, discovery, demos, closing, and account activation - Deep understanding of how small practices make decisions, including decision-maker identification and office manager dynamics - Disciplined pipeline management and follow-up across 50+ practices at different stages - Clear, confident communication on phone and video; ability to explain complex topics simply - Comfort with ambiguity and change; willingness to help build processes **Nice to Have:** - Understanding of practice billing and payment models (fee-for-service, HCPCS/CPT, charge capture, prior authorization) - Experience launching new products or categories requiring market education - Referral or channel partner experience - Behavioral health, sleep medicine, or primary care background - Startup or early-stage commercial team experience - Salesforce and HubSpot proficiency
