Marble is building a platform connecting schools, therapists, and health plans to improve access to youth mental health care. As Provider Growth Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and activating licensed therapists across markets to scale Marble's provider network.
You will run the provider acquisition funnel day-to-day, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews with clinicians to assess fit and quality, making decisions on provider onboarding, and moving signed providers through credentialing and activation. You'll track pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks in the funnel, test new sourcing approaches, and collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Growth teams to ensure provider supply meets student demand.
The role is high-volume and high-impact, requiring strong external communication skills (phone and written), operational rigor in tracking candidates through every stage, and relentless execution. You will work closely with Provider Growth Leads and the Head of Provider Growth, and collaborate across Credentialing, Clinical Quality, and Provider Support functions.
Marble is an early-stage, fast-moving team focused on solving a critical crisis: last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide, driven largely by lack of access to quality, affordable care. The company partners directly with school counselors to connect students to licensed therapists through existing insurance coverage with no waitlists.

- Operationally rigorous; tracks every candidate through every stage, notices discrepancies, fixes them same-day
- Relentless drive; willing to do hands-on work and suggest process improvements
- Collaborative across functions, open to feedback, mission-focused
- Based in New York; able to work from SoHo office three days per week
- Mission-driven, energized by improving mental health access for kids
BONUS:
- Experience in marketplaces, recruiting, acquisition, or supply-side growth
- Experience in healthcare or operationally complex environments
- Experience with CRMs, ATSs, or similar pipeline management tools
