ServiceTitan is seeking a Product Development Representative (PDR) to drive adoption of advanced Pro modules among existing customers. This is a hybrid sales development role focused on cross-sell and upsell within the ServiceTitan customer base.
You will build and manage a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers through both inbound and outbound channels. Responsibilities include conducting approximately 30 outbound calls per day, managing inbound leads from marketing and customer requests, and booking discovery calls and product demonstrations for Pro Account Executives. You'll develop genuine relationships with customers, identify unmet needs, and articulate how Pro modules deliver measurable value. Close collaboration with Pro Account Executives, Customer Success, and Support teams is essential to develop communication strategies and support deal closure through detailed discovery documentation.
Administrative excellence is critical—you'll maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records, assist with weekly campaign reporting, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
You bring 2–4 years of sales or customer success experience, with at least 12 months of outbound calling experience. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience in handling objections, and the ability to articulate value propositions are essential. You must be comfortable with 30% domestic travel for onsite customer visits and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. A tenacious work ethic, high social intelligence, and team-player mentality are expected.
