Form Energy is hiring a Project Scheduler to own integrated project schedules across capital construction and tool install programs at Form Factory 1, the company's first high-volume manufacturing facility for iron-air battery systems in Weirton, WV. This role provides critical schedule visibility and risk identification as the facility brings manufacturing lines into production. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using critical path methodology, integrating schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule, tracking progress and analyzing variances against baseline, identifying schedule risks and supporting recovery/mitigation planning, facilitating schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors, and preparing schedule reports and dashboards for leadership. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects, strong proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with resource loading and earned value management is preferred, as is certification in scheduling (PSP, PMI-SP).
