Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 5+ billion people across 195 countries, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will own end-to-end execution of transformation projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery on schedule while managing risks and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
You will be responsible for breaking down complex initiatives into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables. This includes building and maintaining project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers. You'll drive weekly execution cadences, escalate blockers quickly, and keep stakeholders accountable to maintain forward momentum.
Cross-functional coordination is central to the role. You will align with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource needs. You'll facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction, flag scope creep through disciplined change tracking, and track dependencies to avoid delivery delays.
Governance and reporting responsibilities include maintaining structured project documentation, providing clear status updates to the Chief Transformation Officer, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and maintaining visibility into risks and mitigation plans. You will support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, and operating models, partnering with business leaders to transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations.
The role emphasizes results and accountability—tracking tangible outcomes such as efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, and risk reduction. You will ensure initiatives are fully embedded and delivering measurable value, not just launched.
