Artemis by Nomi Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead implementation phases for new client setups and existing client renewals. You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, responsible for planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational teams across all aspects of setup and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or help develop project scope in consultation with stakeholders, including Statements of Work and Business Vision Documents
- Establish and apply quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels using appropriate quality management methods
- Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk and issue management plans with strategies for mitigation, avoidance, transfer, and acceptance
- Communicate and report project status to stakeholders
- Understand different platforms and applications being implemented to direct design, development, testing, and implementation
- Respond quickly to client requests for immediate issues while driving projects to completion
- Virtually manage 1-2 Implementation Manager team members, serving as an escalation point and assisting with issue resolution
- Analyze each client's specific challenges, determine underlying problems, and recommend proper solutions
- Oversee overall project success with ultimate responsibility for engagement outcomes, focusing on client satisfaction, delivery quality, and engagement profitability
- Review project deliverables for completeness and appropriateness
- Review risks and mitigation plans regularly
- Serve as an evangelist for Artemis, advocating for and communicating the company's mission, products, and value internally and externally
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects
- Experience using data and information to make business decisions
- Healthcare data experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, team-based project environments
- Ability to lead and mentor other team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
