Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, serving over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, and is backed by leading global investors. You'll join the User Operations team within User Support, which sits at the strategic and enablement layer of the organization. User Operations focuses on three areas: AI integration, Systems, and Data. The Data function emphasizes continuous improvement—translating data insights into concrete initiatives that drive better decision-making. This Project Manager role blends analytics and project management (70% analytics, 30% PM). You'll own projects end-to-end, from building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Metabase or Looker, to scripting and automation, to interpreting what the data means for the business. You'll work across diverse stakeholders: providing User Support with actionable metrics, giving event partners visibility into performance, and supporting app development that shapes user experience. You'll need 2–4 years of data/analytics experience (analyst, data PM, BI, or ops analytics roles). You're comfortable with dashboard tools, scripting, and automation. On the PM side, you're organized, structured, and proactive about spotting inefficiencies and fixing them rather than deferring. You communicate well with both technical teams (central Data) and non-technical stakeholders (support ops). A bonus: early signs of enjoying mentoring or explaining concepts to others—this role is expected to evolve into managing a team member over time, though no prior people-management experience is required.
