As Project Manager within the Growth/Distribution team, you will be the operational engine translating partner ambitions into live, scaling distribution. You'll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration between Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for each partner, defining which experiences, channels, timelines, and outcomes align with their needs
- Serve as the project management hub across all stakeholders, owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating operational launches, unblocking issues, and keeping technical integrations on track
- Own the pipeline of distribution projects—prioritize by impact vs. effort, track status, maintain alignment across teams
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks to accelerate partner onboarding and scalability
- Track and report project KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive resolution
You'll work in a hybrid setup in central Madrid with home-office flexibility and possible travel across Fever's markets.
Requirements:
- Engineering background (must-have)
- 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination, ideally in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce
- Background in tech-startup environments
- Strong organization and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without formal authority
- Business- and partner-oriented mindset; ability to translate partner needs into actionable plans
- Comfortable working across commercial, technical, and operational teams and translating between them
- Process-driven and data-comfortable (using KPIs to prioritize and track work)
- Fluent in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus
- Nice to have: familiarity with distribution/trade partners/marketplace models, hands-on experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion), and experience coordinating technical integrations
