Delta Exchange is one of India's leading crypto derivatives platforms offering INR-settled futures and options on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies on an FIU-registered platform. The company emphasizes automation through REST/WebSocket APIs, Webhooks, Algo Marketplace, and an AI-powered API Copilot to make algorithmic trading accessible to quants, developers, and first-time automated traders.
You will own end-to-end delivery of software projects across engineering teams, driving projects from planning through release. Working closely with Backend, Frontend, QA, Product, and other stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into shipped software. The role centers on project ownership, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and timeline management, with Agile practices supporting the delivery process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, dependencies, and execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery status reports
- Manage dependencies across cross-functional engineering teams and keep priorities aligned
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Track project risks, issues, and escalations, and proactively drive resolution
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for key stakeholders and provide clear project updates
- Support release readiness and coordination alongside Engineering and QA
- Use Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban to support effective project execution
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience in the software industry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management or software delivery, managing projects end-to-end
- Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDLC and how Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product workflows fit together
- Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
Desirable qualifications:
- CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- FinTech domain experience
- Familiarity with broker firms, stock market operations, trading platforms, or related financial products
- Exposure to crypto derivatives, algorithmic trading, APIs, or automation platforms
