Stratio is an AI-powered fleet health monitoring platform serving the world's largest public transport operators. This Project Delivery Specialist role owns end-to-end delivery for French-speaking clients across Europe, from project kickoff through steady-state operations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Delivery & Coordination**: Serve as the single point of contact between Stratio and clients, gathering and validating technical requirements before deployment. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
**Team & Onsite Management**: Lead assigned field teams through implementation phases. Organize priorities, assign tasks, track progress, and maintain clear communication internally and externally. Coordinate directly with clients on onsite activities, vehicle availability, and depot compliance requirements.
**Logistics & Operations**: Handle project requests and deployment logistics including travel scheduling, accommodation, materials procurement, and on-ground support. Manage budget tracking and expense visibility throughout project lifecycle.
**Quality & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Stratio procedures and quality standards through proper documentation. Identify, onboard, and manage external installation partners while evaluating performance and maintaining consistent quality.
You'll work in a fast-moving, unpredictable environment where plans change based on client site availability and vehicle readiness. This is not a purely process-driven SaaS delivery role—you'll need to learn the technical side quickly to support deployments effectively. You'll juggle multiple clients/depots simultaneously and adapt in real time.
Required: 2-3 years project management or operations experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-heavy roles (coordinating people, sites, or equipment). French C1, English B1 minimum. Strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, ability to work independently under pressure. Valued: operations/field services/logistics background, Jira experience, AI tool comfort, PMP certification, automotive industry knowledge.
Based in Coimbra with hybrid flexibility, though weekly in-office attendance is expected. Stratio is a 50-person technical team with real customers, real revenue, and genuine product-market fit, offering career progression opportunities.
