Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. The platform, designed by clinicians for clinicians, features intuitive medical notes and workflows built on deep insight into real-world pain points in clinical practice.
In this role, you will be the on-site point of contact supporting hospital implementations from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:
- End-to-end implementation support: onboarding, training, and guidance during go-live phases at hospital clients
- On-site partnership with clinical teams to ensure the product works effectively in practice
- Rapid problem-solving: distinguishing between operational and technical issues and escalating appropriately
- Driving active product adoption by working with key users and ensuring sustained engagement
- Structured feedback collection and communicating concrete improvement points to Product and Engineering teams
- Supporting security and quality assurance checks per internal processes
- Cross-functional collaboration with commercial and support teams to ensure successful implementations
You will travel regularly within the Netherlands and spend extended periods on-site during new hospital go-lives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in or with hospitals (medical background is a plus but not required)
- Pragmatic and structured approach to ensuring smooth implementations
- End-user perspective: attention to usability, workflows, and how clinicians actually experience software
- Enthusiasm for training users and being present on-site during new organization launches
- Clear communication and easy collaboration with clinicians, operational teams, and IT
- Precision and attention to safety in complex healthcare environments
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
PLUS FACTORS:
- Experience introducing new products and/or systems within healthcare
- Familiarity with hospital EHRs and documentation processes
- Experience in acute care or multidisciplinary team environments
