Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining clinical workflows through an AI-powered platform that generates clinical notes, certificates, and referrals from consultation conversations. The platform suggests relevant diagnosis and procedure codes and is expanding into clinical decision support and pre-charting tools. As a Project Delivery Associate based in Norway, you will execute structured implementation projects for healthcare customers, ensuring successful transitions into day-to-day clinical use. You will coordinate across internal teams (Engineering and Medical Operations) and customer stakeholders to meet project milestones, timelines, scope, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: executing customer implementation projects aligned with delivery plans; coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders; supporting technical implementation activities including EHR system integrations; configuring documentation templates and workflows for clinical settings; planning and coordinating user training sessions; coaching end-users through adoption; serving as the primary point of contact during implementation; tracking progress and escalating risks; and contributing to improving delivery processes as the company scales across Nordic municipalities. You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to structure problems and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholder groups. The role is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting or structured project environments who enjoys driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes. Healthcare or public sector experience is valued but not required. Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills are essential.
