By 60 days, you'll drive key deliverables with increasing independence, including post-Pulse action planning and partnering on quarterly review cycles. By 90 days, you'll operate with full autonomy to frame the overarching Employee Experience Strategy and deliver a prioritized roadmap for program rebuilds and launches.
