Rippling is seeking a Program Manager, Learning to build, operate, and scale learning programs for individual contributors and front-line managers across the company. This is an individual contributor role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will diagnose business and talent needs by partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders, then design and deliver practical learning solutions. You'll manage multiple workstreams end to end—from needs assessment through design, content development, facilitation, launch, and measurement. You'll operate with high ownership and independence while building under the guidance of the Learning Business Partners & Programs lead. The role requires designing and operating learning solutions that scale globally while accommodating regional differences, audience needs, and business contexts. You'll measure success through completion rates, attendance, feedback, qualitative themes, manager input, behavioral signals, and business indicators. You'll also leverage AI thoughtfully to improve workflows, accelerate content creation, and increase team leverage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own learning business partnering and program development for IC and front-line manager audiences company-wide
- Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, enablement teams, and business leaders to understand priorities and recommend learning solutions
- Participate in operating forums and planning conversations to identify recurring enablement needs
- Design, develop, deliver, and measure learning programs end to end
- Support and improve existing programs through facilitation, program management, and continuous iteration
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously with strong prioritization and communication
- Measure adoption, learner experience, behavior change, and business relevance
- Use AI thoughtfully to improve workflows and personalize learning experiences
The role is based in San Francisco headquarters with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of experience in learning, talent development, manager development, organizational effectiveness, HRBP-adjacent work, or related field; ideally several years owning complex learning programs end to end
- Proven experience partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose talent/capability needs and translate them into practical learning solutions
- Experience building and managing multiple programs or projects simultaneously in resource-constrained environments with high ownership
- Strong experience with front-line manager development, including understanding new/developing manager realities, capability gaps, and behavior-change-oriented learning
- Track record of designing learning solutions beyond traditional courses or workshops
- Experience building or adapting learning programs for global audiences with strong judgment around localization, regional stakeholder needs, scalable delivery models, and consistency across distributed teams
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead high-quality live and virtual learning experiences for diverse audiences
