Paytm, India's leading financial services company, is seeking a Program Manager for Lending Partnerships to drive strategic relationships with banks and NBFCs and scale India's largest lending platform. In this role, you will own end-to-end lending partnerships and business performance. Key responsibilities include: **Lender Relationships & Business**: Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lending partners. Build strong cross-functional relationships at partner organizations across business, product, credit, operations, and technology. **Funnel & Performance Management**: Own the complete lending funnel from sourcing through approval, disbursal, and portfolio performance. Track key metrics including leads, applications, approvals, conversion rates, disbursals, turnaround time, rejection rates, and revenue. Identify funnel leakages, improve conversion rates and customer experience, develop business dashboards, and deliver against agreed KPIs. **Product & New Business Initiatives**: Identify growth opportunities with existing and new partners. Translate customer, market, and lender requirements into new product propositions. Collaborate with product, technology, credit, operations, and risk teams to launch new capabilities including loan products, customer segments, user journeys, pricing, offers, underwriting models, and distribution channels. **Commercials & Revenue**: Own commercial terms and business negotiations with lending partners. Ensure accurate tracking of partner-wise revenue, fees, incentives, and commercial components. Manage billing and reconciliation processes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain deep understanding of unit economics and partnership profitability. **Business Planning & Growth**: Develop partner-wise business plans and long-term growth strategies. Identify opportunities to increase disbursal volumes, revenue, and margins. Build business cases for new initiatives, monitor market trends and competitive developments, and optimize lending business economics and scalability. **Cross-functional Leadership**: Work closely with Product, Technology, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Analytics teams. Drive execution across multiple teams without direct reporting authority. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Represent the lending business internally and translate partner requirements into technical and operational execution. **Requirements**: - 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in core digital lending (Consumer Loans, MSME Loans, Merchant Credit, or Co-lending) - Proven track record managing bank/NBFC partnerships, managing loan funnels, and negotiating commercial structures - Analytical mindset with comfort using data dashboards to track conversion metrics, turnaround time, unit economics, and portfolio health - Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional leaders and senior bank/NBFC executives
