Salesforce is seeking a Program Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and platform visionary for enterprise-scale accounts in Israel. This hybrid role is based in Tel Aviv and focuses on driving transformational outcomes through AI and agentic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-scale architecture across strategic accounts, coordinating multiple architects and aligning on solution vision
- Guide customers from requirements through delivery, acting as a trusted C-suite advisor on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered automation adoption
- Partner with engagement managers and project teams to review implementation approaches, manage risks, and ensure scalable solutions that follow platform best practices
- Grow the practice by mentoring architects, contributing to pre-sales activities, building internal knowledge, and representing Salesforce values through community engagement
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an architect with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation in large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Hands-on experience across enterprise architecture domains including cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, RAG, and AI agent orchestration
- Comfort designing and deploying AI-powered and agentic solutions with ability to guide customers in evaluating emerging technologies
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience (including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as Senior Architect, CTO, or CIO in mid-to-large organizations with track record of leading enterprise application delivery on Salesforce Platform
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Architect, Industries, or SAFe)
- Deep expertise in Web Services, Data Modeling, and enterprise integration patterns (ESBs, ETL, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM)
- Proven ability building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision makers across complex enterprise accounts
