Panorama Education seeks a Professional Learning Director to drive client adoption and impact of its K-12 education platform. In this role, you will serve as a trusted education advisor and adult learning expert, partnering with school and district leaders to translate Panorama's products into meaningful educator practice.
Key responsibilities include building comprehensive understanding of each client's goals, context, and current practices; designing and executing client-specific professional learning and implementation strategies; and advising leaders on integrating Panorama products into existing systems sustainably. You will design and facilitate high-quality in-person and virtual professional learning for diverse K-12 audiences—educators, support staff, school leaders, and district administrators—applying research-based adult learning practices and professional learning standards.
You will bring systems-level understanding of K-12 education, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), school climate and culture, attendance and student success, or special education. Your role bridges product knowledge and educational practice: you'll develop deep expertise in Panorama's functionality, including AI-powered capabilities, and help clients understand not just how to use tools but when and why they strengthen practice.
Beyond individual learning experiences, you'll advise on systems, workflows, and barriers to adoption, helping leaders translate learning into sustained practice. You'll also serve as a practitioner voice within Panorama, synthesizing client insights to strengthen products, services, and adoption approaches. This role requires staying current on K-12 research, policy, and emerging trends, and expanding your expertise in response to client needs and evolving technologies.
