Linear is building the product development system for teams and agents, serving over 40,000 companies including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp. As a Product Support Specialist based in Europe, you'll be a key part of the customer experience team, supporting customers through their entire journey with Linear's issue tracking and product development workflow software.
You will handle end-to-end customer engagement including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, and feature discovery. You'll investigate and resolve inbound customer issues across multiple channels (email, Slack, Twitter, Reddit), partner with engineering to document and reproduce bugs, and surface customer feedback trends to inform product decisions. You'll also lead select strategic projects to improve the support experience and internal knowledge sharing.
Linear is a remote-first company with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. The team is distributed globally and values deep focus, async collaboration, and intentional in-person connection through team off-sites and occasional travel. You'll work with a small, focused team that cares deeply about quality and craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- Currently based in Europe
- Passion for technology, quality, and Linear's mission
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience working with technical or engineering user bases; ability to adapt communication for non-technical users
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues including APIs and integration setups; ability to reproduce bugs across different browsers, Windows, Mac, and mobile environments
- Familiarity with SQL, Javascript, APIs, and GitHub is a plus; curiosity to learn these areas is desirable if you lack direct experience (note: this is not a product engineering role)
