As Product Success Senior Manager, you will architect customer operational success from day zero in this high-impact 0-1 role at the intersection of accounting, AI implementation, and customer outcomes. You will be a key strategic contributor to Airwallex's AI-native accounting platform. Key responsibilities include: deploying and configuring AI financial agents by partnering with founders, accountants, and controllers to translate complex accounting policies (like ASC 606) into automated logic; driving onboarding strategy and playbooks through evidence-based testing across customer segments to accelerate time-to-value; bridging product and commercial teams as the ultimate internal customer advocate; and mastering customer jobs-to-be-done to track usage, mitigate risks, identify expansion triggers, and drive platform adoption. You bring strong technical accounting fluency with solid grasp of revenue recognition and modern ERPs, able to speak fluently with both controllers and engineers. You have proven customer-facing ownership through experience in customer success, implementations, technical account management, or product operations leveraging accounting expertise. You demonstrate an owner and value-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills managing complex stakeholder environments and aggressive deadlines. You are an AI-maximalist with deep passion for emerging technology, understanding how to prompt, configure, and optimize autonomous systems for deterministic financial rules. Preferred qualifications include CPA license or heavy Big 4 audit/revenue accounting experience, and data proficiency to independently navigate analytics platforms.
