Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 / annual

EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI solutions. The company recently raised a $250M Series E and is valued as a unicorn. As Director of Product Strategy and Operations for New Verticals, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for identifying, incubating, and scaling new products and market opportunities from concept through launch and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will own strategic direction, guide high-impact initiatives, and drive cross-organizational alignment. Key responsibilities include: **Product and Market Strategy:** Conduct market research, feasibility analyses, and competitive assessments to identify and prioritize opportunities. Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies covering segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution. Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful product launches and expansions. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to continuously iterate and optimize strategies. **Strategic Project Leadership:** Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics. Manage the New Verticals team directly, owning accountability for outcomes and ensuring project milestones and strategic objectives are achieved. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with senior leadership, product managers, engineers, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on thorough analysis and market intelligence. Foster communication and collaboration to enable seamless execution. You'll need 9-10+ years in product strategy, corporate strategy, consulting, product management, or similar roles at technology or high-growth startups. Proven track record launching and scaling new products or business lines with clear strategic vision and measurable results is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments are required. The role requires in-person presence 4-5 days per week at the NYC office.
