Zenoti is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to support customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable value through their AI-powered SaaS platform for the beauty and wellness industry. The role combines customer success, product enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include leading customer onboarding journeys to ensure seamless setup and integration with Zenoti's AI products, conducting customer-focused sessions and demos, and building strong relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholder groups. You'll gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying renewal and expansion opportunities.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers integrate AI solutions into their business workflows, monitor product usage to identify adoption opportunities, and collaborate with customers to define success metrics and demonstrate ROI. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate and resolve issues, share customer insights to influence product roadmap strategy, and work with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive long-term account growth.
The role requires tracking and analyzing customer health, adoption, and engagement metrics, providing regular reports and business reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders. You'll need 2–4 years of hands-on SaaS experience in roles such as Product Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Business Consultant, with strong understanding of customer onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks. Prior hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products is required.
You should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across diverse groups, proficiency in analyzing product usage data, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and strong presentation and training skills. The role involves managing multiple projects, working with remote teams across time zones, and willingness to travel to customer locations on short notice. Technical proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and PS tools is expected, along with strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
