You're passionate about animals and agriculture's future in the region, tech-savvy, and genuinely curious about how products work. You communicate clearly, think critically about problems, and thrive in ambiguous early-stage environments. Spanish fluency is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage for collaborating with headquarters in New Zealand. You're resilient, driven, and comfortable with imperfection as you pioneer a new market.
